In Honor of Living 🌊Water, Our Coils🧬 Ascend

Every since I was a little girl, I never felt like I fit in. I sensed something off with our society and history, a weight that didn’t align with my spirit. The world around me felt heavy, loud, fake, a culture obsessed with trends, noise, and illusions that left the soul unseen. Yet in nature, I found my sanctuary. The trees whispered secrets I could feel in my bones, the grass bent as if to cradle my bare feet, and the soil beneath me hummed with life. Rivers and oceans were not just water, they were living spirits, flowing with ancient memory and information. The sun and moon were gentle guardians, and the stars above watched over me like wise, silent friends. Sometimes I would look up at the sky and see shapes, like a guiding hand, flowing with the wisdom of water, the warmth of the sun, and the grounding strength of the earth reminding me that the cosmos is alive, and I am connected to it all. I will share the real photo of this hand in another blog soon, along with the poetry it inspired, when I have the time to honor it fully.

Water is one of the purest organic flows of life. We are made of 60%-70% water, which means water is not outside of us, it is us. It shapes our bodies, our cells, and our spirit. Drinking spring water or pure, natural water is the highest vibrational source, resonating with the Most High. This is why healers like Dr. Sebi emphasized the importance of pure, mineral-rich water to nourish the body and elevate the spirit. When we drink spring water consciously, we are not only hydrating our physical body but also aligning our energetic frequency with life’s highest vibration.

Water carries memory. It remembers every vibration, every intention, every tear, and every song played near it. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s rice experiment proved this: two jars of rice were treated differently, one spoken to with love, gratitude, and positivity, the other cursed with hatred and negativity. The jar that received love stayed white and preserved longer, while the jar exposed to hate decayed fast. This is a simple, visual demonstration that water remembers energy and reflects it back to us.

Tears are sacred. Tears of sadness, joy, release, or laughter all carry energy. The ancients, including the Egyptians, knew that water carries memory. That’s how manifestations work, just because you don’t see them yet doesn’t mean they aren’t forming. The unseen is as real as the visible. This is why I thank water every day, for hydration, for cleansing, for protection. I ask water to keep me pure, to heal me, and to shield me in a world that can feel heavy. I often add Himalayan salt for purification, strengthening my spiritual shield. And when I water my hair, I thank the water again, because our hair, our coils, our 9 ether crowns are alive. They drink water like flowers drink rain. They grow stronger, longer, and thicker when we speak love into them. 🌿💦

1. Take two clear jars and fill each halfway with cooked rice.

2. Speak to one jar with love, gratitude, and positive intentions every day. Thank it, bless it, and play soft, uplifting music near it.

3. To the other jar, do nothing or speak negatively if you want to see the contrast. (Or you can use 3 jars One for Love, One for Hate & One for Ignore)

4. Place both or all 3 jars where you can observe them daily. Notice the changes, the jar receiving love stays vibrant and whole, while the other jar may decay or mold.
